We are delighted to welcome back Adiba Bassam (Demir) from maternity leave.
Adiba accepts instructions in private and public children law, as well as international family law. She has particular experience in private children law cases involving allegations of domestic abuse, including handling multi-day fact-finding hearings. She has also dealt with international relocation cases, both in making applications to move and in resisting them.
