36 Extradition is a highly regarded specialist team within Chambers. Members of 36 Extradition have acted in many of the leading cases in extradition and human rights, appearing in cases before the Divisional Court, the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom and the European Court of Human Rights.

The team includes leading junior practitioners in extradition. They are ranked as leaders in the field of Extradition, Crime and Immigration by both Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500. As an interdisciplinary set with a strong Public and Human Rights Team, Chambers are ideally placed to provide expert advice on the overlap between extradition and immigration. Members of 36 Extradition have contributed to the leading practitioners’ text ‘Criminal Judicial Review’ (Hart Publishing), and are able to advise on public law challenges to extradition decisions.
The team are also highly experienced in representing victims of human trafficking and forced labour; and also representing judicial authorities and requesting states seeking extradition in cross-border trafficking offences.
