We are specialists in public law and human rights nationally and internationally. Our experience covers all areas of employment law, human rights and judicial review, immigration, education and housing (landlord and tenant).
Dedicated to promoting the rule of law and protecting human rights, our barristers advise on public law decisions, challenging or defending those decisions in judicial review and similar statutory challenges and appeals.
Members regularly act for and against public authorities and have appeared in the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights. Our clients include government departments, individuals, corporations, charitable bodies and NGOs.
