We are incredibly proud to announce that Ravi Aswani has contributed as a co-author to the long awaited sixth edition of ‘The Arbitration Act 1996: A Commentary’.
The new edition takes into account the changes made by the Arbitration Act 2025, and brings this important work fully up to date since the fifth edition published in 2014, making it an invaluable resource for anyone involved in English arbitration.
For this new edition, Ravi Aswani joins an esteemed author team, which includes: Bruce Harris, Rowan Planterose, Amanda Lee FCIArb, Ben Giaretta CArb FCIArb, Andrew Stevens, Jonathan Schaffer-Goddard and Jonathan Tecks.
The book is also dedicated to the memory of Rowan Planterose, who made significant contributions to earlier editions and had begun work on this one before his passing. A forward to this edition is provided by The Rt Hon. Lord Saville of Newdigate.
