On Monday 11th March, 36 Public & Humans Rights member Theo Lester delivered in-house training for solicitors and housing officers of the London Borough of Enfield’s Housing Gateway Ltd, exploring how to navigate the law surrounding Assured Tenancies, in particular ASTs, and practical approaches to court proceedings in this area of housing.
