Since its introduction in April 2022 as part of the Efficiency Statement, the ES2 has become an established component of the financial remedies process. Following a review by the FLBA and lead judiciary, a revised ES2 template has now been issued, along with updated explanatory notes. This updated version should be used in all financial remedy proceedings going forward.
