Michelle Clarke successfully handled a highly sensitive and complex case involving a Defendant accused of sexually abusing his stepdaughter between the ages of 6 and 14.
In the first trial at Luton Crown Court, the jury was hung and discharged. In the second trial, the jury was also hung and was discharged. The Prosecution offered no evidence, and Not Guilty verdicts were entered.
