Lucy Reed KC and Nicola McIntosh will be appearing in the Court of Appeal on Thursday 22nd May, representing a father in a vital case. The appeal brought by the Local Authority, challenges the original decision where the judge refused a care order and instead imposed a supervision order, allowing the child to return to the mother.
