Judgment was handed down today in the case of XR v ZP [2025] EWFC 408, in which Victoria Christie successfully appeared on behalf of the respondent mother, instructed by Steven Gasser of Laurus Law.
The case concerned father’s application for contact, issued as long ago as December 2022. Father had been inconsistent with supervised contact previously ordered, and was facing criminal prosecution, including ABH of the mother. Indirect contact only, was ordered.
