Victoria was called to the Bar after completing the BTC at BPP Law School. She was awarded an Outstanding overall, with top marks in Submission Advocacy, Research and Opinion Writing, Cross-Examination and Examination-in-chief.
Prior to her legal studies, Victoria was awarded a First in Classical Studies from Kings College London, where she primarily studied Ancient History. She was awarded the H. H. Scullard Prize for the best undergraduate dissertation across the Classics and Theology departments.
Before pupillage, Victoria worked at two top London law firms gaining extensive experience in financial remedies work, ranging from modest asset to high net-worth cases, notably involving trust and business structures, intervener claims and enforcement. She also has experience of ‘quasi family’ disputes, namely claims brought under TOLATA 1996. Victoria regularly worked on a variety of private children matters, involving ‘parental alienation’ as well as external and internal leave to remove applications.
