Elizabeth Muir represented a defendant charged with three counts of Rape, Sexual Activity with a Child Family Member and Causing a Child to watch a Sexual Act at Oxford Crown Court.
The case was returned to Elizabeth shortly before trial and involved skillful cross-examination of a vulnerable adult witness.
The jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts on all counts after trial.
