Diana Wilson, leading Kate Jenkin, prosecuted a defendant convicted of 39 counts relating to offering to supply drugs, arranging child abuse and possessing and distributing indecent images of children.
The defendant was stopped at a UK airport when he was about to travel abroad intending to rape children. The arrangements included for himself to rape children in the UK and abroad, and also for others to rape children, as young as 6 years old, that the defendant arranged access to – for the defendant’s financial gain. The abuse discussed included bestiality and the violent and sadistic abuse of a 10 year old.
Diana and Kate were instructed by the CPS Organised Crime Division and the case was investigated by the National Crime Agency.
The defendant pleaded guilty to one additional drugs count prior to trial and he will be sentenced for all 40 counts on 28 November 2025 at Guildford Crown Court.
