36 Crime was delighted to sponsor the London Criminal Courts Solicitors’ Association (LCCSA)’s evening seminar for criminal defence practitioners on Wednesday 28 October at Gray’s Inn.
It was a fantastic evening of practical discussion, bringing together colleagues from across the criminal defence community.
A huge thank you to our speakers Mary Prior KC and Emma Fielding, who shared their insights on Section 41 applications, and Samuel Skinner KC and Diana Wilson, who provided an update on Custody Time Limits (CTLs). Thank you also to LCCSA President Jason Lartey for opening the evening, and to everyone who joined us for the seminar and networking afterwards.
