Samuel Skinner KC and Amy Childs, instructed by Advocate, appeared pro bono for the bereaved family of Teilo How at an inquest into his death by falling from the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol.
Samuel and Amy made significant arguments, on human rights and public law grounds, about whether the Clifton Suspension Bridge Trust should be classed as a public authority. Following the inquest, the Trust announced a review of its suicide deterrence arrangements.
