36 Public & Human Rights is delighted to welcome Emma Christie (2022) into full tenancy after successfully completing a probationary tenancy with us.

Emma specialises in human rights law. She has a diverse practice, working across housing, immigration, education, and employment law.

Her experience includes two years at the Government Legal Department, where she worked on high profile immigration cases and contributed to policy matters at the Department for Business and Trade. She has also completed secondments at the Office of Parliamentary Counsel, where she assisted in the drafting of primary legislation, and at a leading housing and planning set, focusing on housing and Court of Protection matters.
