At the Global Conference on International Commercial Arbitration, New Delhi, December 2019, Professor Dr. Richard Wilson QC, LL.D gave an Inaugural Address as joint Conference host, alongside Judges of the Supreme Court of India and Richard’s colleague K.K. Sharma, Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of India amongst others (see photo below). Richard also presented a paper on ‘The Singapore Convention on Mediation’ dealing with international commercial dispute settlement by mediation.
