Satya is the sole author of Enforcement Jurisdiction in International Law and Arbitration (Kluwer, 2026) which is available for purchase here: https://lnkd.in/eYB9NAb8. The book argues that state immunity should now be considered a lex specialis to the courts’ general enforcement powers in respect of international arbitral awards in relation to three powers: supervision, recognition and review, and execution jurisdiction. As a result, Satya has particular knowledge and expertise of public international law, private international law, jurisdictional issues and state immunity.
