Sebastian began his pupillage with 36 Crime in October 2025.
He has long aspired to develop a criminal practice and relishes advocacy. He has won two notable advocacy competitions and served as Secretary General of a Model United Nations.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Sebastian worked as a County Court Advocate. He has attended hundreds of hearings in the County Court, including small claims trials and interlocutory hearings, often against Counsel. He has also gained Crown Court experience as Legal Secretary to a senior practitioner.
Sebastian has undertaken factually complex cases and has dealt with matters requiring careful cross-examination. He successfully represented the Respondent at a full-day trial before the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
He graduated in Law with First Class Honours from the University of Birmingham, where he also studied Accounting & Finance.
