Rajiv specialises in Immigration, Asylum and Administrative Law with a particular emphasis on Human Rights. Rajiv regularly appears before both tiers of the Tribunal system as well as the Administrative Court and the Court of Appeal.

Rajiv frequently presented seminars for his former Chambers and most recently was invited as a guest speaker for a seminar in Glasgow at the faculty of Advocates on the 8th of September 2017 where he discussed the EEA Case Law and pending challenges against recent decisions.
Rajiv regularly appears on various media outlets including a monthly appearance on Zee TV’s Zee Companions, the BBC Asian Network, Panjab Radio and Raaj FM. He can be booked for appearances through the clerks.

Rajiv has a keen interest in Football, as a supporter of Arsenal FC. He enjoys Punjabi folk music and has a collection of Punjabi traditional instruments. He regularly goes to the gym, plays cricket and football. Rajiv also has an interest in good food.
