Nosherwan Vakil is a fourth-generation lawyer, with a diverse multi-jurisdictional international arbitration and Indian commercial litigation practice, spanning over fifteen years.
Nosherwan is qualified in India and England & Wales. He regularly litigates international disputes in Indian courts and international tribunals. Nosherwan practises in England & Wales and India. He accepts appointments as counsel, expert and arbitrator for international arbitration and counsel in Indian and English litigation.
Nosherwan has acted in numerous cases before various Indian High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
Nosherwan has a broad range of experience appearing before various Indian courts and international arbitral tribunals in commercial disputes relating to construction & engineering, corporate (joint venture/shareholder/partnership disputes), hospitality, international commercial law (including media & telecommunications), commodities, and energy.
He is also a CEDR accredited mediator.
Nosherwan is quadrilingual with fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati.
