I regard Nicholas as an outstanding and quite exceptional junior counsel. I have instructed him on a number of complex financial remedies cases in the course of the past year. He is consistently able to grapple with complex technical issues, unravelling the key aspects with simplicity and with sensible pragmatic solutions for both client and the court. His written work is thorough, detailed and resolution focussed. Nicholas has superb client care skills, translating complicated legal concepts and processes to clients with ease and grace. He is equally liked by clients and the judiciary for his user friendly and unassuming demeanour. An entirely safe pair of hands, quite outstanding among his peers.Partner at a Legal 500 & Chambers and Partners Band 1/2 ranked firm, 2023
