Jane is a specialist immigration practitioner whose broad practice encompasses asylum, deportation, EU law, human rights, trafficking and business immigration.

Jane regularly appears in the Asylum and Immigration Chamber of both the First and Upper-tier Tribunal, and is also instructed in a wide range of judicial review challenges in both the Administrative Court and Upper Tribunal. She has particular experience in challenges under the Dublin system, and in unlawful detention claims and other immigration-related challenges such as age assessments.

A significant proportion of Jane’s clients are vulnerable (including victims of trafficking, unaccompanied minors, and clients with mental health problems) and she is committed to representing vulnerable individuals within the immigration system.

Jane provides training to solicitors and other practitioners on developments in immigration and asylum law.
