George’s practice encompasses all of the financial aspects of relationship breakdown including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, the separation of unmarried couples and disputes under Schedule 1 of the Children Act, together with jurisdiction disputes.

George has experience of high-net worth cases where issues of special contributions and pre and post-marital assets come into play, as well as nuptial agreements, be that drafting or advising how such an agreement can impact on financial remedies claims.

George is regularly instructed in complex Children Act matters involving parental alienation and intractable hostility, applications for leave to remove, as well as regularly appearing in the High Court in international abduction cases (to Hague and Non-Hague countries).
