Chloe’s practice encompasses matrimonial finance, private law children proceedings and disputes between cohabitants.

Chloe has experience in complex financial remedy proceedings involving issues such as non-disclosure, third-party property, companies, trusts, and non-matrimonial property. She has a particular interest in nuptial agreements and has lectured on the recent developments in this area of the law. She welcomes instructions in TOLATA and Schedule 1 cases. 

Chloe regularly acts in private law children cases including those involving allegations of abuse, alleged parental alienation, and/or relocation disputes. 

Before coming to the bar Chloe spent time working as an anti money-laundering analyst at Goldman Sachs.
