Chloe Kenvin specialises in matrimonial finance, private law children proceedings and disputes between cohabitants.
Chloe acts in cases concerning all aspects of financial remedies. She has experience in dealing with complex matters involving issues such as non-disclosure, third-party property, companies, trusts, and non-matrimonial property. She has a particular interest in nuptial agreements and has lectured on the recent developments in this area of the law. Chloe also welcomes instructions relating to cohabitation disputes and the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
Chloe also acts in private law children cases which involve allegations such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, parental alienation, substance misuse and mental health issues.
Before coming to the bar Chloe spent time working as an anti money-laundering analyst at Goldman Sachs.
