Bryan has acted in court proceedings and arbitrations under various institutional rules (ICC, UNCITRAL, HKIAC, SIAC). Having worked as an in-house legal counsel at two bulge bracket investment banks, he is familiar with financial markets and has advised on investigations by key regulators.

Bryan is passionate about public service. He has held numerous public appointments in Hong Kong, including as Chairman of the Buildings Appeal Tribunal, Member of the Inland Revenue Board of Review and Adjudicator of the Immigration Tribunal. At the same time, he is keen to maintain a connection with legal academia and is an Honorary Fellow of the Asian Institute of International Financial Law at the University of Hong Kong.
