Bethan has been practicing criminal law since 2017 and has developed a strong criminal practice. Prior to joining the Bar, she worked as a solicitor advocate at a renowned Legal 500 criminal defence firm.

Bethan has a busy criminal practice in the Crown Court, primarily in the South Eastern and Western circuits. She is regularly instructed in relation to a variety of cases involving inter alia serious violence, drug offences, weapons offences, public order offences and dishonesty offences.

She appreciates the demands faced by criminal solicitors and is able to build strong working relationships with those who instruct her, being available to be contacted early on in proceedings to ensure that the client is properly advised and represented throughout. Bethan’s meticulous attention to detail and work ethic has led to her being repeatedly instructed in complex matters involving young and vulnerable witnesses and defendants with high volumes of third party and telephone material.
