We are incredibly proud to share that submissions made by Fenella Cooil of 36 Family in December 2019 were cited and endorsed by the President of the Family Division in the judgment of Re Y (Experts and Alienating Behaviours: The Modern Approach) [2026] EWFC 38, handed down on Friday.
This judgment provides clear guidance on the approach the court must adopt when allegations of alienating behavior are raised.
