We are proud to launch a week of activity to mark Refugee Week, beginning today.
We kick things off with an Introduction to Refugee Law from Eric Fripp. Eric is Joint Head of 36 Public & Human Rights and a leading barrister in this field. He has appeared in many leading cases concerning refugees; immigration, including personal and corporate immigration; nationality and human rights.
Throughout the week, members of 36 Public & Human Rights will highlight key legal cases concerning refugees, ending with a podcast exploring how communities have welcomed refugees, with a focus on the Homes for Ukraine scheme as a powerful example of collective support and solidarity.
