The second edition of the “Recueil de contrats commerciaux” was published on 18th December 2025 providing commentary from renowned legal experts on a collection of commercial contracts.
Khadija Leuenberger contributed to the new edition with the perspective under English law on issues of applicable law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution, as well as standard clauses.
Published by Helbing Lichtenhahn, the new edition has been updated to include contemporary contracts and clauses relevant to current legal practice.
