Head of 36 Family, Hannah Markham KC is appearing in the Supreme Court today and tomorrow (4th and 5th February 2026) in a landmark case focusing on the question of Adoption orders and whether there is any legal way to revoke them once made.
Hannah leads Kara Cann of 3PB Barristers and is instructed by Jas Tamber of Anthony Collins solicitors. The team represented one of the adoptive persons, now an adult, who does not wish to revoke the order made in relation to her.
