Marisa Allman instructed by Shanika Varga-Haynes at Stowe Family Law LLP represented the successful appellant in overturning a declaration of third party interests in a financial remedies case.
Mrs Justice Henke on appeal held that the court at first instance had failed to distinguish sufficiently between a promise as to ownership and a promise that the third parties could live in the property as their home.
