Members of 36 Crime – Mary Prior KC, Samuel Skinner KC, Katya Saudek, and James Bide-Thomas all appeared for various parties in a significant Court of Appeal case recently. All four have been members of 36 Crime for several years, and Katya has been here throughout her career. Mary (who recently led the Criminal Bar Association (CBA) and Samuel both took silk at 36 Crime. All four were appointed as Crown Court Recorders whilst practising from 36 Crime.
