Mike is a Non-Executive Director of the Executive Board, providing strategic advice & insight. He has extensive legal sector experience & joined us in May 2024. He has held HR Director positions within legal & financial services organisations.
Mike’s main responsibilities include preparing analysis, reports and commentary in advance of Board meetings, as well as supporting the Board in developing our business plans. This includes key measurable targets for growth and development. Mike lives in Bristol and is a keen musician, playing piano and saxophone. He enjoys international travel and speaks French and German.
