Stuart Nichols has practised in Family Law since 1991. From 1998 his work has been exclusively focussed on financial claims between the married and the unmarried.

He is a Family finance arbitrator and has appeared regularly as an advocate in private FDR’s and has sat as the Judge in same environment. He is an avid supporter of alternative dispute resolution as the way forward to resolve financial disputes to reduce the anxieties and added legal costs that the Court process involves.
