Jamsheed is a highly specialised and seasoned arbitration practitioner who started his career in the arbitration group of a magic-circle law firm. He has worked on various types of commercial arbitrations (ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, SIAC, MARC, ad hoc, etc) in numerous sectors ranging from corporate and finance disputes through energy & infrastructure to international trade and shipping, as well as on investor-state disputes (ICSID, SCC).
Jamsheed holds a PhD in international arbitration from the Sorbonne Law School and teaches arbitration law and practice at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
