Areas of expertise
Chloe is an experienced financial remedies barrister who appears at all stages of matrimonial finance and Schedule 1 proceedings. Her cases frequently involve issues such as non-disclosure, conduct, matrimonial status, nuptial agreements, and ownership disputes across high-value and/or complex asset types and income structures.
Chloe has extensive experience in private children law proceedings. She often acts in cases involving allegations of domestic abuse, parental alienation, emotional and/or physical harm to children, sexual abuse, substance misuse, and mental health issues. She handles internal and external relocation disputes, specific issue applications, change of residence cases, and abduction matters.
Chloe also accepts instructions in proceedings concerning non-molestation and occupation orders.
Chloe regularly acts as counsel in private FDR hearings and arbitrations. She is available to instruct as the tribunal for private FDR hearings.
