Chloe’s practice encompasses matrimonial finance, private law children proceedings and disputes between cohabitants.

Before coming to the bar Chloe studied Law (Jurispridence) at the University of Oxford and spent time working in anti money-laundering at Goldman Sachs.

Areas of expertise

Chloe has experience in complex financial remedy proceedings involving issues such as non-disclosure, third-party property, companies, trusts, and non-matrimonial property. She has a particular interest in nuptial agreements and has lectured on the recent developments in this area of the law.

Chloe regularly acts in private law children cases including those involving complex allegations of domestic abuse, alleged parental alienation, and/or relocation disputes.

Chloe accepts instructions in respect of Alternative Dispute Resolution options such as arbitration.
