Francis Hornyold-Strickland, of 36 Stone, has written a Dispute Resolution analysis for Lexis Nexis following the recent Judgment on the Nautical Challenge Ltd -v- Evergreen Marine [2019] EWHC 163 (Admiralty).

Francis has a broad commercial litigation and international arbitration practice.  His experience includes led and unled work, in court litigation, ad hoc and institutional arbitrations.
