Disrupting the Rules: child rights in the UK Supreme Court

This paper gives a short overview of the international and domestic legal framework governing child rights in the immigration context and discusses two recent UK Supreme Court cases on the UK’s obligations to children in immigration matters and considers potential future developments in child rights litigation.
