We routinely deal with contentious and non-contentious matters in respect of private interests in trusts, estates, properties, pensions and charities. We can undertake this work no matter its nature, be it private/family, company/commercial, or where personal insolvency (bankruptcy) or capacity is in issue, both in private law matters and practice in the Court of Protection.
We advise and represent owners, executors, trustees, beneficiaries and third parties in relation to proprietary rights and personal obligations, the nature of obligations imposed on people who come into touch with personal assets, and their recovery when wrongly appropriated, interfered with or dissipated, as well as complex questions of limitation or the passing of title in moveable property. Multi-jurisdictional matters often feature in this type of work.

Geographical Presence and Accessibility
We are a London-based set of Chambers with a strong connection with London, the South-East and the Midlands.
However, the geographical location of a hearing or a client present no difficulties to our members who are happy to undertake work anywhere in the country, and abroad if necessary.
