International Women's Day (IWD) is a celebration of women's achievements, an opportunity to raise awareness about women's equality and accelerate gender parity. The 36 Group are joining the #ChooseToChallenge. We choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements.
