Thomas has expertise in Residential and Commerical Landlord & Tenant, Personal Injury, and general Civil matters. He is regularly instructed to draft pleadings and opinions in complex cases, and frequently advises on quantum in personal injury matters.

Thomas also has experience in Housing, having represented clients with significant mental health issues against local authorities in complex possession proceedings. Thomas trained in Immigration & Asylum Law under Eric Fripp and has represented clients before the First-Tier and Upper Tribunals.

Thomas has a growing interest in Inquiry work, having recently been instructed as Junior Junior Counsel on a major Public Inquiry.
