Tricia specialises in cases involving all aspects of child law.

Some of the issues that Tricia deals with on a regular basis include the death of a parent and death of a child, mental health issues, neglect, physical and sexual abuse, non–accidental injury and domestic abuse. Tricia is particularly noted for being approachable, open–minded and well prepared.

She also regularly trains experts at the Royal College of Paediatricians and undertakes training and skill developments for others involved in the family justice system.

Representing a child’s guardian in a case whereby a change of residence was made on a contact application whereby the Respondent parent had breached all orders over a number of years.

Muti-generational sex abuse 4 week fact finding hearing in High Court.

Contested adoption proceedings.
