Kaity commenced pupillage with 36 Stone in October 2023. Her current pupil supervisor is Ravi Aswani.
Prior to pupillage, Kaity qualified as a Solicitor in New South Wales, where she worked as an Associate and then Research Associate at the Federal Court of Australia. In her time at the Court, she worked with a number of senior judges on a range of commercial matters, assisting them with legal research and with drafting and proofing their judgments.
Kaity has dual First Class Honours degrees in Arts (Government and International Relations) and Law from the University of Sydney. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian College of Law.
