Tom Parker represented HMRC in Account Forfeiture proceedings for funds worth over £1.6 million, alleged to be the proceeds of a multi-national trade-based money laundering scheme. The Respondent companies were represented by King’s Counsel. Following a 3 day contested hearing, the court ordered forfeiture of the full amount.
