36 Crime are proud to confirm the appointment of Kate Brunner KC to the High Court Bench. Kate will take up her appointment in the King’s Bench Division on the 17th November 2025.
Kate was called to the Bar in 1997 and took silk in 2015. Kate started her career at the Bar at 36 Bedford Row (now the The 36 Group), having completed pupillage with us, and was a tenant for five years before moving to the West Country. She remains an associate member of the The 36 Group and is a tenant of Albion Chambers, Bristol.
