On 13 May 2025 Eric Fripp shared his analysis of the recent UK Supreme Court decision in U3 v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2025] UKSC 19 (12 May 2025) with LexisNexis.
The decision is a critical authority addressing the question of how matters of national security are addressed in statutory appeals under sections 2 and 2B Special Immigration Appeals Commission Act 1997 (‘SIACA 1997’), as amended.
