Elizabeth Muir secured the acquittal of a man charged with multiple rapes of a child family member at Maidstone Crown Court.
The case involved careful cross examination of the young complainant who gave evidence at trial.
Following her detailed closing speech, it took the jury less than an hour to return not guilty verdicts on all counts.
