36 Crime are delighted to announce that Andrew Fitch-Holland has accepted an offer of tenancy, joining 36 Crime from another criminal set.
Andrew is a highly sought-after, experienced advocate, instructed in heavyweight cases across the full spectrum of criminal law.
Andrew’s experience includes appearing in cases involving NCA and other specialist agency operations. These have included targeted operations regarding illegal dealing in firearms such as submachine guns and RPG’s, the international trafficking of sex workers and the importation of bespoke drugs from China. He has prosecuted and defended in case brought by HMRC in respect of illegal tobacco importation, as well as substantial “county lines” and other drugs cases. He has been led by King’s Counsel in several high-profile murders, including the “Facebook Murder” trial featured in the BBC TV series “The Prosecutors”.
